As ERP Business Consultant with focus on Customer Service you provide our international customers inside as well as outside the Würth Group with efficient support services.
Essential responsibilities:
- First level support for our ERP solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365;
- Competent management of support requests related to Microsoft Dynamics 365;
- Analysis of support requests and efficient problem solving;
- Use of ticket-system and strong cooperation with Business and Technical Consultants when dealing with support requests;
- Optimization of support-processes to improve our customer support;
Requirements:
Commitment to competently support our customers;
- Highly customer and service oriented and enthusiastic about assisting our customers;
Knowledge in economics and familiarity with company processes in Wholesale;
Experiences with ERP solutions will be a plus but are not necessarily required;
Excellent Italian and English skills, German will be appreciate;
University degree in Economics or similar;
IT-affinity;
Outstanding analytical and communication skills, strong target orientation;
