As IT Business Development Manager you will actively identify new business opportunities for our IT System & Service Management solutions and strengthen our market position in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
- Identifying business opportunities and defining log-term business strategies for our IT System & Service Management solutions in our target market;
- Analyzing customer needs and achieving international customer satisfaction through requirements understanding;
- Identifying market trends, monitoring competitor’s activities with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels;
- Developing the company’s unique selling propositions in cooperation with Sales & Marketing, participating in pricing our solutions/services;
- Prospecting for new customers, identifying client decision makers, negotiating and closing business deals;
- Profound knowledge of IT business in German, Austrian and Swiss market;
- 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience;
- Strong sales motivation and highly skilled on prospecting and sales closing techniques;
- Proficiency in German (native speaker), English knowledge will be a plus;
- University degree in economics with specialization in sales & marketing;
- Excellent analytical competencies and communication abilities, outstanding interpersonal skills;
- Autonomy, flexibility and good team player;
- Willingness to travel;
