As Sales Administrative Assistant you will provide our sales team with administrative support to ensure effective service to our international customers within and outside the Würth Group.
- Administration of international customers throughout the whole customer lifecycle (logging sales orders in to database, processing invoice billings, managing inventory and organizing the delivery of articles);
Maintenance of customer and supplier database in our ERP-system (Microsoft Dynamics 365);
Support to our sales force and tight cooperation with our technical consultants;
Assembling the necessary material to participate in a tender;
- Educational background in Administration;
Professional experience in sales administration will be a plus;
Excellent German and Italian language knowledge, good command of English;
Highly customer oriented and outstanding communication skills;
Attitude to work in a team, structured, reliable and precise working method;
