AREA OF APPLICATION

The quality policy serves as a guideline for the continuous improvement of business processes. The goals set can only be achieved with the sustained commitment and support of the entire workforce. This is the real key to success – namely, to be able to guarantee consistently high quality standards today and in the future.

Würth Phoenix is therefore committed to implementing the following principles:

  • Customer satisfaction: Understanding and fulfilling all customer expectations, even those that are less obvious, through collaboration and dialogue.
  • Managerial responsibility: Management is constantly involved in promoting business quality.
  • Employee involvement: All employees actively contribute to an effective and efficient quality system.
  • Continuous improvement: Optimisation of business processes and results, definition of medium and long-term goals.
  • Relationship management: A collaborative approach to managing relationships with customers and suppliers, based on transparency and fairness, is essential.

 

GOALS

By introducing the Quality Management System, management intends to:

  • Consolidate the company’s leading market position
  • Maintain a high standard of quality in all services provided
  • Research new technologies in order to maximise the efficiency and reliability of products and services offered

Management prepares the annual expenditure budget to ensure that sufficient human and financial resources are allocated to implement the company’s quality policy.

 

STATEMENT OF COMMITMENTS

Würth Phoenix is committed to ensuring full compliance with all applicable requirements, including regulatory requirements, in conformity with the Quality Management System in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.

Through a proactive approach aimed at identifying and analysing appropriate changes, the company facilitates any adjustments required for the continuous improvement of processes.

The company recognises the importance of sustainability as a strategic value.

While it has not yet established structured processes in this area, the company is committed to evaluating and integrating the relevant principles in accordance with the Würth Group’s guidelines.

 

DISSEMINATION WITHIN THE COMPANY

As set out in the updated Quality Management and Information Security Manual – which is easily accessible via our company intranet – all employees are informed about and involved in the quality management system and guidelines.

 

REVIEW

Management undertakes to review the Quality Management System annually, and in this regard:

  • To check whether the Quality Policy is still adequate and effective, and make any necessary adjustments
  • To check whether the quality targets for the current year have been achieved
  • To set and/or adjust the quality targets for the following year

 

APPROVAL

Management and the quality officer or his/her deputy fully support the implementation of the policy and are committed to achieving the set objectives. Management undertakes to review this document periodically to ensure its adequacy.
