As an Atlassian Technical Consultant at Würth Phoenix, you will be focused on customizing JIRA Service Desk and Confluence projects.
You can have the opportunity to work with a team of engineers on complex projects.
- Deploying, configuring and integrating the Atlassian applications to meet client specifications;
- Identify new opportunities to use our IT system management;
- Guide our clients to design and implement our product solutions;
- Mentor and teach clients;
- Assist colleagues with continuous knowledge sharing.
Prior experience in consulting, technical support or software development for the Atlassian products (initially JIRA Service Desk and Confluence);
Administrative knowledge of Atlassian products;
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment;
Outstanding analytical and methodical troubleshooting skills;
Experience-based knowledger of IT service management best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency Italian and a good level of English
Our company is located in Bolzano, but if you are located in the north-east area of Italy, this is not necessary a relocation
