NetEye Asset Management provides a comprehensive solution for managing business assets.

It effectively monitors and tracks all types of assets, including hardware, software, licenses, users, and documents. The system keeps detailed records of inventory, acquisitions, warranty expirations, and maintenance contracts. Additionally, it offers robust network configuration management capabilities, allowing users to view network topology, connections, and device configurations.

Integration with the GLPI system enhances its functionality by enabling remote management of devices. This includes adding, modifying, and assigning assets to specific users, as well as performing support interventions.

  • Configuration Management Database (CMDB): Overseeing hardware, software, and data center assets, including computers, monitors, network devices, printers, cartridges, consumables, phones, SIM cards, PDUs, and passive devices. Integrates inventory management with the helpdesk tool for comprehensive IT infrastructure oversight.
  • Helpdesk: Ticketing system for managing incidents and changes, defining SLAs, generating statistics, and handling recurring requests.
