Application Performance Management

Total control, top-level applications, maximum performance

Are you looking for a tool to optimize and manage enterprise applications effectively?

NetEye offers real-time monitoring of application performance. It leverages the concepts of observability and unified monitoring to collect data and metrics at various levels of IT infrastructure, providing aggregated information about the entire lifecycle of IT services and their utilization.

What is it

about?

NetEye Application Performance Management (APM) is a comprehensive application monitoring solution that provides business intelligence analysis to quickly understand how performance issues of applications impact your critical business processes. It can capture data from all enterprise IT systems, regardless of geographic location and architectural complexity, and present them in aggregated dashboards to enable a comprehensive analysis of your entire IT infrastructure. The APM features are supported by two enterprise solutions:

🏈 Elastic APM: collects and manages automated telemetry data from various technologies and architectures

🏈 Alyvix: uses synthetic monitoring to visually check and track the perceived performance of any Windows application from the user’s point of view

What features

are included

  • End-to-End Auditing: Monitor end users’ actions and proactively resolve events that affect the perceived performance, availability, and latency of the application
  • Machine Learning: Detect anomalies to help identify and isolate performance and availability issues of applications that may not be perceptible to humans
  • Forecast and Prediction: Predict resource requirements such as CPU, RAM and storage for better application management planning and associated IT costs

What is the

Alyvix test case workflow?

  • Define a test case: Point and click with Alyvix Editor to convert your workflow into a test case bot. Show Alyvix how to navigate through the application and where to click and type in data.
  • Run bots: Repeatedly run the visual test cases to interact with the app and measure response time: Alyvix moves the mouse and types with the keyboard – the app can’t tell it’s not a real person.
  • Inspect results: Alyvix collects timing data after each run and makes it available to monitoring systems like NetEye. See reports from the data, and interactively explore it with graphing tools.
  • Take action: Fix problems, optimize your infrastructure to prevent future problems, show evidence of SLA violations, and set baseline metrics to maintain the end user experience.

What is the

Alyvix analysis workflow?

  • Reports: Look at annotated reports showing both expected and actual application screens to view any differences between them
  • IT Service Quality: Preserve demonstrable proof when your apps or connections are slower than expected, providing hard evidence of SLA violations
  • Historical Data: Interact with charts of the recorded transaction timings in dashboards to graphically see historical data of your users’ experiences, and any latencies or service interruptions
  • Future Trends: Watch as your dashboards show important trends over time like login times that are steadily increasing, or your applications that have increasing wait times after requests
