Application Performance Management (APM) Engineer

With a view to expanding our team of Technical Consultants, we are looking for an Application Performance Management (APM) Engineer, who can help customers detect and diagnose complex issues related to software application performance and availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deploy and document architectural components, monitoring settings and troubleshooting guides;
  • Collaborate with customers to configure the monitoring system and alerts;
  • Help customers identify and resolve application problems;
  • Deal with various monitoring system upgrades to keep up with new versions of application software, operating system versions and hardware platforms.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with common software development environments Java, C#, .Net, Php, Python, Javascript;
  • Knowledge of the Elastic stack;
  • Consolidated working experience with Linux and Windows environments;
  • Preferred experience with Dynatrace or other APM monitoring applications;
  • In-depth knowledge of system administration, support, and maintenance for solving technical problems related to monitoring platforms;
  • Knowledge of computer, network, data, and application architectures;
  • Analytical and design skills, high degree of creativity;
  • Strong communication skills with a consultative approach;
  • Command of the Italian language and knowledge of English.
