IT Monitoring Solution Engineer (Technical Consultant)

NetEye, Würth Phoenix’s flagship product, is a unified monitoring system (Monitoring, ITOA, APM, SIEM&LOG Management, Service Management) supporting the company’s business that provides a complete supervision of the health status of the IT infrastructure and active services, to achieve a secure and reliable IT environment. Our innovative and growing company is looking for experienced candidates for the position of IT Monitoring Solution Engineer to expand the team of Technical Consultants.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation and configuration of NetEye according to specific customer requirements;
  • Design of the main network equipment (Switch, WiFi, Firewall, Router);
  • Training of key users at the customer companies;
  • Constant cooperation with the Development team and the Support team in order to share the results achieved.

Required skills:

  • Knowledge of network and system monitoring software
  • Good troubleshooting/incident management skills;
  • Linux system expertise;
  • Knowledge of Bash and Powershell;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of the Italian and English language;
  • The knwoledge of the Elastic stack, of Python, Ansible, Kubernetes will be a plus.
