Team Manager Microsoft Business Intelligence

As Team Manager you will provide direction and leadership to a team of BI experts and will be responsible for leading our BI implementation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of a high performing Business Intelligence team;
  • Design and implementation of innovative BI-solutions based on Microsoft technologies as MS Azure SQL Server, Integration-, Reporting- & Analysis Services, Power BI;
  • Analysis of the customer’s business needs, identification of process optimization opportunities;
  • Delivery of high quality solutions for our national and international customers ensuring alignment with organizational goals;

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in Business Intelligence field;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure SQL Server;
  • Fluency in German and English, Italian language skills will be a plus;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills as well as leadership experience;
  • Outstanding analytical competencies and a well-structured working style;
  • Willingness to travel.
