CRM Key Account Manager

m/f (Bolzano / Milano)

As CRM Key Account Manager you participate in the delivery of our CRM-solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to our international customers.

Essential responsibilities:

  • Participate in pre-sales events and carry out business process analysis; 
  • Design innovative solutions for our customers making their business processes more efficient;
  • Evaluate optimization possibilities with a particular focus on sales, marketing, after-sales;
  • Organize and implement trainings and customer workshops;
  • Support customers during the whole project lifecycle;

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in Consulting business and in business process optimization;
  • Experience  with implementing business solutions,  knowledge of CRM business processes and Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be a plus;
  • Outstanding analytical skills and conceptual thinking;
  • Excellent communicator;
  • Good team player and highly customer oriented;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • IT affinity;
  • University degree in Computer Science or Economics;
  • Fluency in German (only required for Bolzano office), Italian and English;
