As CRM Key Account Manager you participate in the delivery of our CRM-solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to our international customers.
- Participate in pre-sales events and carry out business process analysis;
- Design innovative solutions for our customers making their business processes more efficient;
- Evaluate optimization possibilities with a particular focus on sales, marketing, after-sales;
- Organize and implement trainings and customer workshops;
- Support customers during the whole project lifecycle;
- Strong interest in Consulting business and in business process optimization;
- Experience with implementing business solutions, knowledge of CRM business processes and Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be a plus;
- Outstanding analytical skills and conceptual thinking;
- Excellent communicator;
- Good team player and highly customer oriented;
- Willingness to travel;
- IT affinity;
- University degree in Computer Science or Economics;
- Fluency in German (only required for Bolzano office), Italian and English;
