ERP Business Consultant for Customer Service

As a Junior or Senior ERP Business Consultant in the Customer Service Team, you will ensure optimal support for our international customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer enquiries in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics AX environment,
  • Advising customers and handling their requirements in our ERP software solution;
  • Organizing and implementing training of key users (remotely);
  • Close cooperation and coordination with other departments as well as communication with our customers.

Requirements:

  • High customer-orientation as well as IT affinity;
  • Familiarity with ERP applications or other enterprise software solutions;
  • Knowledge of business management procedures and company processes;
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken);
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
